About
A GOOD THERAPIST MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE.
Hi, I’m Rachel.
I respect that you know what’s best for you. My job is to help you clear away anything that prevents you from living the life that you want. This could include past trauma, negative beliefs about yourself or negative habitual thinking. This work allows you to then confidently move forward, see what’s possible, and meet your true self.
AM I THE RIGHT THERAPIST FOR YOU?
My clients describe me as genuine, authentic, direct, funny, and down-to-earth. While my sessions are active, dynamic, and focused, you will also find you have time to catch your breath and think creatively about your own life. I help by teaching you practical skills to manage whatever is going on in your life. We also work together to uncover any underlying issues and resolve them.

WHAT I BELIEVE
I believe a good therapist meets you where you are and offers you things you might not have thought about or tools you might not have known existed. Our work is founded on the belief that all human beings are good on the inside. Instinctively, we want to heal and be the best version of ourselves and sometimes that requires some outside help. That’s where I come in.
ARE YOU THE RIGHT CLIENT FOR ME?
Although I work with a wide variety of clients, I enjoy helping women address their anxiety, depression, and feelings of being overwhelmed. I also specialize in working with women struggling with body acceptance, grief, self-esteem, and chronic pain. My goal is to help you feel calm, strong, and empowered to live the life you want.
